Even though Kim Kardashian's fitness routine is the most talked-about in Kardashian-Jenner lore, Kourtney Kardashian's revenge body (attained through a rigorous diet and exercise routine) is giving all of her sisters a run for their money.
Fresh from a breakup with 25-year-old model Younes Bendjima, Kourtney's healthy figure—often perched on a yacht in the Mediterranean—has drawn our eyes of late.
The 40-year-old mother-of-three is providing a world of summer body inspiration on her Instagram feed—which she's chalked up to a strict health and fitness regime, something that we've even seen chronicled on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Kourtney has long endorsed an organic, dairy-free keto diet that almost completely omits artificial products in favour of natural ingredients—so much so, that she even makes sure her children Penelope, Mason and Reign eat organic almost all the time.
In a blog post on her website, Kourtney attributed her physique to foods avocado, wholegrain porridge, collagen supplements and plenty of apple cider vinegar, which is said to increase metabolism speeds and accelerate fat loss.
When Kourtney strays from her wholesome meal plan (which isn't often), she'll indulge in organic desserts matcha chia seed pudding. In other words, this photo must've been taken on an extremely rare occasion.
She also told E! Online that she has only allowed herself to splurge on holidays in the past, but admitted that mentality was a mistake. Kourtney also said her favourite 'cheat' foods are pizza and ice cream, but that she hates using the term 'cheat'—saying it “doesn't make sense for all the hard work and healthy eating I do most of the time”.
For her new lifestyle website Poosh, Kardashian revealed that she “cheats” on her keto diet twice a day, writing, “I cheat twice a day with a little something sweet after lunch and dinner.” Her twice-daily sweet treats often include double-stuff Oreos and Cheetos.
“Yes, indulging every once in a while is self-care,” she wrote on Poosh. “Whether you follow a strict diet or not, we all deserve days off. No guilt and no boundaries.”
The Kardashian family has been known (and occasionally criticised) for their endorsements of diet shakes and supplements, and Kourtney is no exception. While these shakes are effective, they are known to have negative side effects, so caution is advised.
DIET Kourtney credits collagen powder as one of the key elements of her wellness regimen, and even launched a Poosh-branded collagen powder in May 2019. The powder also features some of Kourtney's other favourite beauty-food ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, amla fruit and ashwagandha, otherwise known as Indian ginseng.
On her lifestyle site, Poosh, Kourtney suggests avoiding certain foods to decrease the chance of cellulite, advising against consuming large quantities of sugar, fruit, alcohol, refined flour and salt.
EXERCISE This won't come as a surprise to many, but Kourtney Kardashian is an exercise fanatic, and makes sure to visit the gym six times a week.
Talking to E!, Kourtney said prioritising morning workouts has done her a world of good. “I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids. I just never made it a priority, and now it makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically.”
At the gym, Kourtney undergoes a gruelling routine of mixed cardio and endurance with Hollywood trainer Amanda Lee.
Lee told ELLE that Kourtney and Kim's workout routines (she trains both sisters) prioritise HIIT—AKA 'High Intensity Interval Training'—which is “mostly geared towards toning, lifting, tightening and fat-burning, even though that's not a main goal.” Lee also ensures their workouts are packed with burpees, resistance band exercises, squats and lunges.
Recently on her app, Kourtney said one of her favourite and most effective workouts is box jumping, which involves jumping from the ground to a box platform to work your legs and core.
“Starting in a standing position with your feet hip-length apart, lower into a squat and jump up onto the box—pushing from the heels of your feet”, Kardashian said, as she announced she tries to do 3 sets of 10 box jumps a day.
EXERCISE Kourtney also makes sure to fit in workouts when on holiday or not working, pictured here bike-riding on holiday in the Caribbean islands of Turks & Caicos.
Kourtney told POPSUGAR in 2016 that her dairy-free diet has had a profound impact on her skin.
“I kept hearing that [giving up dairy] is great for your skin. And this new doctor who my kids and I have been seeing just said we all have allergies to it… So many people keep saying you're not really supposed to have dairy after you're a year old. We do have it once in a while, but in the last six weeks, we've had it , twice.”

This Khloe Kardashian Butt Workout Will Light Up Your Glutes
Khloe Kardashian, KUWTK star and certified fitness goddess, isn't afraid to keep it real when it comes to her workouts…and the challenges of hitting the gym post-baby.
While she jumped back into her fitness routine the second her doctors cleared her for exercise, it wasn't exactly easy: “My mind knew I could do it, but my body couldn’t keep up,” Khloe told Women's Health in an interview. “That was a struggle for me because I consider myself a beast in the gym and I love working out. So when I wasn’t able to do what my mind wanted, physically it really discouraged me.”
But Khloe kept at it, and took her fitness one day at a time until she found her rhythm. While she used to hit the gym whenever her scheduled allowed it, “now, I work out at 6:30 a.m.” she says, “because True gets up at 7:30, and I want to be there when she wakes up.”
Not only does she work out super early, but she breaks a sweat five to six days a week. (Damn, girl!) Her workout routine varies, but Khloe says that generally, it involves 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of circuit training. “I rotate between upper body and lower body workouts, so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I’ll do upper body; Tuesday and Thursday I’ll do lower body.”
For the cardio portion, Khloe incorporates boxing, jump rope, and the stair climber—all of which she loves. Her trainer, Coach Joe, includes some running in the mix, too, but she admittedly hates that form of cardio. Khloe is also a big fan of burpees (yes, you read that correctly). “I don’t know why I’m so sick and really love it,” she says, “but I felt a badass for doing it.”
And for strength moves, Khloe is all about those booty exercises. Her favorite: Grab a looped resistance band, wrap it around your knees, and get on all fours.
“I do fire hydrants for 30 seconds, then I stick my leg straight out behind me and do little pulses for 30 seconds, then donkey kicks for 30 seconds,” she says.
“I'll also do it with a five pound ankle weight, and that move is KILLER.”

Of course, it can be challenging to maintain this fitness schedule with her various job commitments, and at the end of the day, Khloe admits she sometimes feels totally drained.
But she believes it's crucial to make time for exercise: “I enjoy working out. I think mentally it really clears my head; it’s my form of therapy,” she says.
“I think if you’re stressed out, it’s a great stress reliever.”
And when setting aside an hour for the gym doesn't feel realistic, Khloe still finds ways to get active— taking True for a hike. “She loves going in her stroller and being outside,” she says. “I'll pick her up and do some squats when I’m holding her; she thinks it's hysterical. You have to get it in where you can!”
Becoming a mom has influenced more than Khloe's fitness routine. It's also inspired her to launch a new maternity activewear line with her brand Good American that's size inclusive up to a 4XL.
She worked with CEO and co-founder if Good American Emma Grede, to create a line that includes seamless knit pieces, sports bras, leggings, bike shorts, and even nursing bras.
”We really designed to solve for those solutions for active moms with our focus being: function, fashion, and comfort,” says Grede.
“The four-way stretch and seamless technology ensure there’s no restriction or discomfort that comes with movement.”
Khloe says they focused on creating clothes that feel “a lot more comfortable and feel less restrictive,” she says. “It just allows you to feel great while you move, and that was really important to me.”
Another priority? Making workout clothes that didn't scream “maternity.”
“I felt nothing catered to moms who wanted to be sexy or trendy or stylish,” Khloe recalls from her own pregnancy. “Just because you’re pregnant doesn’t mean you don’t want to be cute!”

Khloé Kardashian isn’t letting her growing baby bump get in the way of her determination to stay healthy and fit during her pregnancy.
On Saturday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star — who’s currently six months pregnant with her first child with boyfreind Tristan Thompson — documented her latest sweat-inducing maternity workout on social media.

To start, the 33-year-old kicked things off with spending “30 mins on the stairs” (or rather, stair machine) before her coach arrived to lead her through some circuit training.
“Body in motion stays in motion,” she added.

Wearing a black Champion shirt and flannel shirt tied around her waist, Kardashian went on to share the rest of her lengthy workout, which included weights, a resistance band and an exercise ball.
On Wednesday, the Revenge Body star wrote that she would “kick off 2018 right,” promising to share her “weight-loss advice, health hacks and more” during Health & Wellness Week on her app next week.
“For me, health and wellness resolutions are especially important this year,” Kardashian wrote on her site. “Being pregnant, it’s a whole different type of self-care. I still exercise to maintain my sanity and also to feel good about myself, but my workouts are not as intense as they once were.”
“I’m also eating differently — of course, I have cravings, but I want to make sure I’m supplying my baby with the proper nutrients,” she explains. “I’m focused on being healthy mind, body and soul for myself and the baby. But, man, I can’t wait to be a beast in the gym already, LOL!”

“Still, as active as I have been during my pregnancy, I feel great. So my New Year’s resolution will be to stay as mentally and physically healthy as I can!” Kardashian added.

Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with a baby boy, but that’s not stopping her from keeping up with her workout regimen. See how the reality star plans to avoid gaining pregnancy weight — and some of the obstacles she’s already faced — ahead.
1. She’s eating smaller meals throughout the day
According to US Magazine, a source close to Khloe Kardashian says “she’s hungrier than ever.” That said, Kardashian is doing her best to stay on track while eating for two.
The reality star has recently adopted a new diet tactic and is eating smaller meals throughout the day to satisfy her hunger and keep her body nourished, without going overboard.
2. She’s sticking to her strict workout regimen
It’s no secret that Khloe Kardashian takes her workout regimen seriously.
The ‘Revenge Body’ star often works out at home with a personal trainer, takes hot yoga, cycling, and other forms of effective workouts.
That said, Kardashian isn’t planning to throw all of her hard work in the gutter. Instead, she’s planning to maintain her healthy and fit lifestyle and stick with her strict workout regimen.
3. She’s scaling back the intensive workouts … for now
While Khloe Kardashian plans to stay on track and avoid the pregnancy weight gain, she also knows how important it is to take it easy on her body during this exciting time. 6. She’s switching up her routine
One of the ways Khloe Kardashian has stayed so fit in the past is by switching up her workout routine. And we’re sure she’ll do the same while preparing for baby.
In an interview with USA Today, she stressed how important changing up her workout routine is for her. “I love Soulcycle, hot yoga, circuit training, obstacle-type things,” said Kardashion. “I don’t to do the same workout all the time,” she added.

In an interview with PEOPLE, she explained how she had to work at drinking more water and now drinks about 5 liters of water a day.
